Not every customer is satisfied, not every job goes well. If you are unhappy with the level of service or support you think you need I am ready to listen.

Please verbally express your complaint to me on site before / during / after the job so that I understand the situation and why you're unhappy.

I aim to take responsibility there and then, but if you still feel you are not getting the best service possible, I might need to ask more questions to understand the circumstances so we can move closer to a solution. Hopefully we find a that solution.

If there is still no proper or adiquate solution found before the end of the work phase please write a letter to my head office explaining the situation in full where upon I shall reply in writing and have offered a solution to rectify the situation fairly as best I can.
